TERRIBLE cannot get a car easily, all most all cars are in hulhumale' or airport, and avas ride head office isnt taking the phone at all, hence poor customer services too. If i can give the app a 0 star i would. Services should be equal not all taxis have to be at hulhumale' and the airport

Card payment option is not available. Usually to get a ride it takes more than 10 minutes, which seems to be unusual

Just ordered my first pre-booking. The main suggestion and change I would like to see is this. After making a pre-booking and once a driver confirms it, his profile should be made available to see. That way the customer can call him if needed and see a picture of his. I made the booking to 8:30 but I was free at 8:20 and now I'm waiting for him to call me. It'd have been better if I could call him. ALSO, the location is not exact! Otherwise, a very convenient service but the app could be better
